An unashamed plug for Cosy Meerkat!

I set up Cosy Meerkat three years ago to offer simple communications to deliver a brilliant employee experience. So often I have come across companies who do a lot of thinking but not much delivery. Cosy Meerkat does both.

We’re a collective of seasoned internal comms professionals who are passionate about people, and the role they play in a business. We work on internal comms and employee experience projects, building a team tailored to our clients and the experience they are looking for.

We work right across the employee life cycle, from employer brand right through the whole employee experience - wellbeing, reward, strategy comms, performance - to exit interviews and alumni. We believe the work experience should be a great one, after all, it’s where we spend an awful lot of our time so why the hell should it not?

I felt the traditional agency model had become redundant and companies needed a more pacy, agile approach to working with an internal communications partner. So, the Cosy Meerkat model is absolutely tailored to the business need - working at the highest level with leadership teams to determine strategic priorities - but delivering meaningful content and messaging, and practical, creative solutions too.

I’ve often been told the energy I give off to my team and my clients is catching, and it’s this that makes us so different. Each team we build around our clients brings this pace, energy and fun to a project. It’s not all hard work and Gantt charts. It’s about consulting with and understanding the people inside a business. It’s about reminding the CEO of a company what it was like when s/he started as a 22 year old graduate, walking into a company for the first time. What did they need to know then? How did their first impression shape their future there? It’s about looking to the future and how we can use technology to improve our work life, not fear it.

So this is an unashamed plug for my thriving business. It’s been an exciting year with some great work under our belts, and we’re on the lookout to be challenged some more. We’d love to share our energy and enthusiasm more widely. Do follow Cosy Meerkat on LinkedIn and watch this space for updates as we relaunch our website and continue to share our story.
