JATO
Internal Comms

Driving the employee experience with JATO.

Jato Dynamics, a UK based company, provides automotive business intelligence. Working in 51 countries and with over 700 employees, JATO needed to find a consistent way of communicating with their colleagues across the world following poor feedback in an engagement survey.

Thanks to our nimble approach, Cosy Meerkat were quickly able to pull a team together to support the HR and Internal Communications function, based in the UK. Following deep immersion, audits of previous comms approaches and analysis of the results of a survey, we devised an engagement strategy to help build a better employee experience for JATO colleagues.

As part of our strategy, we supported the leadership team to deliver monthly updates in person which were recorded as webinars for those in other countries. We implemented an employee newsletter, JATO News, hosted on the intranet, which was a monthly publication that separated news by global, regional and local, and tailored reading to suit different audiences – the latter having been a key finding in our research.

Since the launch of JATO News, a pulse check engagement survey has been released which has seen double digit improvement in scores for employee satisfaction.

  • "Cosy Meerkat were a wonderful extension to our busy team, quickly working at a strategic level with our leadership team and sourcing practical solutions which provided very tangible results. We’d thoroughly recommend Cosy Meerkat as an internal communications partner that can support at the highest level whilst providing meaningful tools that resonate with employees at a local level."
