Care Friends started testing their app for recruiting CareGivers to the Care Sector in 2019 with beta trials to a small test group, mainly in Cornwall.

Funded by the EU, they needed to find a company who would support them with a variety of communications and marketing requirements, and help to engage users with the app leading up to their launch, and beyond. 

Cosy Meerkat was their knight in shining armour! With our flexible approach, we started working with Care Friends in summer 2019, working on launch communications materials such as posters, social media posts and other messaging that employers could use to simply communicate the app to their team. 

The work we do has grown and we now work with Care Friends on a monthly retainer basis. The retainer includes all marketing and social media management for Care Friends, plus development of creative communications and messaging for different audiences. We also work on specific projects alongside our retainer which have included the development of a launch toolkit for care companies to use to onboard the Care Friends app as well as developing presentations for Care Friends Champions and senior leaders.
